This program organize the office works incoming and outgoing Ateliers Accounts with attached programs (Promisenote - Telenote - mp3player).
The most important properties of the program :
(The user can print all the document or any part of it and can add his comment as his office address and print history and select the print

Auto save and auto allotment as the time selected by the user
The user can set password for the program
The program can register all the opened and saved files to reused them .
The program is designed with two language support (English and Arabic) and the user can select the language
